Below, you will find some important information to keep in mind if you are submitting this application: your application will be a reflection of how you want the lease to be structured- the options are as follows:
OPTION #1: If you have substantial business history and wish to have the lease written under a company name, you must include your EIN (tax id number) and all other pertinent company information. Security deposits start at $99.00 for a well established company with verifiable history.
OPTION #2: If you do not have substantial business history and/or you wish to have the lease written under your personal name, you must include your full name, social security number, and date of birth on the application. We perform a soft inquiry on your credit which does not affect your credit score and will not show as a hard inquiry on your credit report. If you did not upload a photo id, you must stop by our offices or send a follow up email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach your government issued photo ID (i.e. drivers license, military ID, passport, etc.) Your personal credit and references can qualify you for a $99.00 deposit (security deposits run from $99.00 to two month's rent or conditional dependent on your personal credit and references).
Any of the following could result in denial:
Bankruptcy (open or held) in the last 3 years
Criminal convictions at management's discretion
A credit score of 549 or less
The company not suited for the building (noise levels, possible disturbance to other tenants, security concerns, disruptive clientele, etc.)
Other factors at management's discretion
